Welcome to Wash Hero! By using our pickup and delivery laundry service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• Wash Hero provides wash-and-fold laundry services with free pickup and delivery.
   
• We do our best to provide high-quality care, but by using our service, you agree to these terms regarding responsibility, limitations, and liability.
   

• Pocket Contents: We do our best to check pockets, but you are responsible for ensuring they are empty. Wash Hero is not liable for damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, chapstick, lighters, gum, money, keys, etc.).
   
• Delicate Items: Please separate delicate clothing (wool, silk, cashmere, leather, dry-clean only, etc.). If such items are included, Wash Hero is not responsible for any damage or shrinkage.
   
• Pre-Existing Conditions: Wash Hero is not responsible for items with pre-existing damage (tears, holes, loose seams, color bleeding, etc.).
   
• Stains: We do not guarantee stain removal, but we will always do our best.
   
• Lost or Damaged Items: In the rare event of loss or damage, Wash Hero’s liability will not exceed the reasonable replacement cost of the item, capped at $50 per order or $10 per pound of laundry, whichever is less.
   

• Customers must ensure laundry is ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Missed pickups may result in rescheduling and/or fees.
   
• Wash Hero is not liable for laundry left in unsecured areas for pickup or delivery.
   

• Payment is due at the time of service through our accepted methods (online booking system, card, or other approved methods).
   
• Prices are subject to change; however, you will always see current pricing before placing your order.
   

• Wash Hero uses standard detergents and fabric softeners unless you select hypoallergenic or fragrance-free options (when available).
   
• We are not liable for allergic reactions if you do not specify your preference during booking.
   

• Standard turnaround is [insert timeframe – e.g., 24–48 hours]. We aim to meet deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   

• Wash Hero reserves the right to refuse service to any customer if items are heavily soiled with hazardous materials (bodily fluids, chemicals, etc.) or unsafe to handle.
