 Absolutely not! Your items are handled in dedicated hero loads only, no mixing, no mesh bags—just your clothes, given the VIP treatment they deserve. 

 Yes! During booking, choose to repeat weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, and we'll swoop in automatically—so you never have to think about laundry again. 

 Your clothes will be returned within 48 hours or less—usually same day or next day. Need a rush? Let us know and we’ll try our best to prioritize your order. 

 Just pay on delivery—straightforward and contactless. We charge the card you used during booking once your laundry is returned, and email you an invoice for your records. 

 Nope—send as little or as much as you want. (Note: while we bill a minimum of 15 lb, you’re free to send under that—you’ll just be charged as if it weighed 15 lb.) 

Bag it up in any reusable or disposable bag, no sorting needed. Leave it where the driver can grab it, and we’ll take it from there. Sorting is our superpower! 

 Once your Wash Hero collects your laundry, it's taken to our trusted, professional cleaning facility—washed, dried, and folded with care, every time.
